“SIS” Package Steam Boilers

Our steam boiler type SIB is a three pass shell boiler using wet back design which have a water gap between the furnace and back wall. By wet back design, the heat of the furnace is completely transferred to the water inside the shell because the radiation losses due to refractory lined reversal chamber in the back end smoke box typically by dry back design are eliminated. This increases the boiler efficiency and reduces maintenance and break down costs of boiler. Steam boiler type SIB is compact designed for easy & rapidly installation at customer’s site location.

We can produce steam boilers with operational capacity up to 10 ton/hr and up to 16 barg design pressure. Bigger sizes can be designed and manufactured according to client’s requirement.

“SIS” Solid Fuel Steam Boilers

We also design and manufacture the solid fuel steam boiler that has mix concept between water tube design which has furnace for the fuel combustion and fire tube design which has boiler shell filled with water. This kind of boiler has the flexibility of the fuel usage such as woods, palm shell, coal, etc. Seeing the increasingly stringent use of fossil fuels, we recommend our customer to use biomass fuels that are enviromentally friendly.

“SIS” Hot Water Boilers

SIS Industrial Hot Water Boilers type SIHB are manufactured in sizes from 70 kW up to 580 kW which can burn natural gas, light oil, heavy oil. Bigger sizes can be designed and manufactured according to client’s requirement.
